Recently named to the Roller Derby Association of Canada's (RDAC) Events Committee. He will work toward developing timelines and manuals to outline tournament planning for Canadian leagues.

Organized and managed the announcing for the first Canadian Regional Tournaments in Nelson, BC, Guelph, ON, and Saint John, NB in the summer of 2012.
Managed the tournament announcing for the Men's Roller Derby Association's two largest events of 2012 - Fort Wayne's Spring Roll and Gateway to the Best, the MRDA's Championship Tournament held in St. Louis.
Currently on the Board of Directors of the Association of Flat Track Announcers, which he also co-founded. There goal is to increase the skill level of all roller derby announcing. Bob is also the author of The Announcer's Handbook."

Announces for the Milwaukee's BrewCity Bruisers one of the word's largest leagues, during the regular season.

Entering his 8th season of experience since roller derby's resurgence, Bob has coached and has had many roles in the sport's business-side in addition to announcing.
