WE LOVE SLOW FOOD!

Food & Drink >

We’re excited to ticket so many Slow Food events because they are just our kind of thing; they’re committed to enjoying food while being stewards of their community and their environment. In other words, they’re all about growing and consuming food in a way that’s fair to people, has a low impact on the environment and is sustainable to grow or raise long-term. Slow Food, a play on the term “fast food,” started in 1989 and has grown exponentially, expanding to 150 countries and 100,000 members in 1,300 conviva, or chapters, according to Slow Food International.

Slow Food producers from all around the country have some amazing events through us, including conviva in NYC, Marin, Dallas, Miami, Madison and Eugene, with everything from film viewings to butchery workshops to multi-course meals — all working towards a healthy, more delicious future for our planet and ourselves. Bon Appetit!
