I’m sure you’re all familiar with the food trucks around your town: one quick stop for delicious, exotic morsels that transport you out of your busy day-to-day work routines and onto a beach filled with an ocean breeze, live music and best of all, flavor. It is worth the trek from your office building to get lost in paradise, even if only for a moment.

Brown Paper Tickets was lucky enough to have Fusion on the Run, a Seattle-based taco truck with a Hawaiian twist, at our new site launch party in February. They filled party goers bellies with pork sliders, chicken wings, and pork, beef, and veggie tacos; each with their special sauce and seasonings, transporting guests from the cold streets of Seattle’s Georgetown neighbourhood to an island warmth that only Hawaii could provide.
